SUE WORTHINGTONPartner
Sue is the driving force behind our relationships with agencies and creatives. Armed with an amazing list of contacts after 25 years as a writer and creative director, she never fails to match the right creatives with the right brief.

LEIGHTON HOWLPartner
Leighton's nose for new trends in advertising and design influence everything we do. A former art director in both London and Auckland, he is your 'go to' guy on projects who ensures a high standard of creative delivery on task and on time.

CLINTON ULYATTClient Liaison
We don't have 'suits' in the classic sense but we do have Clinton, our man-on-the-ground who attends to the bartering, booking and new business development. The former agency account manager and talent agent makes sure all jobs run smoothly.
WENDY LONDONAccounts
Wendy London is our one-woman accounts department. Fresh from fashion label, Sabine, Wendy's loving the change of scenery (if not Clinton's taste in music). If you want to talk invoices, spreadsheets or anything like that, she's your woman.
BARNABY LAWRENCEOffice guy
Let us introduce you to the ultimate office accessory: our Barnaby. He's the guy who answers the phone, manages the website, sorts time sheets and updates the members' details. A communications student at AUT, he also moonlights as a DJ.
CREATIVITY COMES FIRST.
And second, and third. Because it’s creativity that sets apart products, agencies and even whole countries.
CREATIVITY GOES BEYOND ADVERTISING.
We like working with people from all sorts of backgrounds…novelists, film directors, artists, photographers, shoe designers, web designers, and of course art directors and copywriters.
THINK COLLABORATION NOT COMPETITION.
Sharing ideas makes creative work stronger; forging alliances with our clients and creative partners globally creates a win-win-win outcome.
THINK LONG TERM. DO SHORT TERM.
Relationships down the track are based on trust, a state that is achieved by delivering daily on jobs.
HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY.
It might hurt. But being transparent and tackling issues head-on is the best way to go. We look to all our partners for frank feedback.
