‘Rise’ magazine is the Ministry of Social Development’s flagship quarterly publication with a circulation of 30,000 copies. It was my brief to conceive, then co-write/edit the magazine, for which I was also a photographer. Burmese refugees, youth gangs, graffiti artists, lots of fun.
